Not sure if I'm dreading or excited for today-I know what my scale at home says, but a weigh in at a different time of day may not be as exciting.

I'm feeling like I have to focus on what went well this week because the dieting was not stellar. I did meet another contestant at a Heart Walk meeting and that was fun-I can see why several enlisted a buddy to do the program with them. I'm looking forward to having dinner together on Tuesday night now that we will recognize each other as partners on this journey.

We also met Daad from Alladin's Restaurant who is interested in promoting the healthy living entrees she offers. Looking forward to meeting with her about this as I really enjoy tabouli and hummus-and lately my schedule has left little time for cooking. Having a second "go-to" restaurant aligned to the goals of the program -and one Eith multiple locations -would be great for those of us with irregular schedules who are on the road often.

Oh, other accomplishments for the week? Launching a new website, getting to yoga twice this week, organizing a fashion show, and setting up a trade show table for Shop Lake County. It all came with a price tag of skipped meals and list sleep, but next week begins anew!
