I looked forward to a short cruise to a warm locale -ah sunshine, warm air, lots if walking....but Mother Nature had other ideas. A cold front down south, 55 mph winds on a cruise ship ( shuts down the walking deck), ....this became my version of the Alaskan cruise! I realized I do not have any interest in bring on a boat in cold weather.

The good news was that in spite of ROLLING seas the yoga class and boot camp classes went on. They were the highlights while on board along with the staff.

Looking forward to being home in my new normal routine--yoga on solid ground!
